In addition to regular weekly and monthly coaching, I offer a stock 18-week Ironman training plan for $100. Or I can design a custom training plan leading up to your major race(s) of the season.
I charge $100 to set up an overall plan leading up to your major races of the season, and the regular coaching is month-to-month.
Top tier level: $200/month
- Weekly training schedule
- HR test workouts, HR based racing/pace work
- Complete swim workouts, trainer workouts, track/speed
- Get your swim stroke videotaped and send it to me for analysis and custom swim drills
- Weight lifting program
- Online training journal to log workouts, nutrition, etc. with weekly feedback from me

Medium tier level: $150/month
- 2-3 week training schedule
- HR test workouts, HR based racing/pace work

I am always available for questions on nutrition, training, weights, etc...basically I provide an “ask and you shall receive” type of coaching. The more you ask and commmunicate, the better coach I will be for you. :)
